Reflexology
As a reflexologist, I work holistically to help you relax and attain a sense of wellbeing.
How does reflexology work?
Reflexology is an age-old complementary therapy which can help to balance your body and mind. There are reflexes in your hands and feet which are linked to different areas of the body through energy channels. When you are unwell or your body is under stress, there are blockages in these energy channels.
I use my hands to apply gentle pressure to the corresponding reflex points on your hands and feet, removing any blockages and allowing energy to flow freely. Reflexology is a gentle, relaxing therapy that can help you to feel well again.
You can have reflexology on its own or alongside traditional medical treatment to help support your body’s own healing.
What can I expect during reflexology treatment?
When you come to me for reflexology, I’ll ask you to remove your socks and shoes and either lie down or sit up on the treatment couch, whatever you prefer. Then you can relax and enjoy the soothing therapy session.
Reflexology Lymph Drainage
RLD is an award winning reflexology technique which focuses on stimulating the lymphatic reflexes on the feet. The aim is to cause an effect on the lymphatic system in the body. It is a unique sequence that has been researched and developed by Sally Kay, whilst working in Cancer Care. The results appear to support the theory of reflexology.
This treatment is deeply relaxing and comforting, this specific technique works on lymphatic drainage via the feet. Focusing on reducing swelling to arms, legs, ankles, feet and face.

What is Indian Head Massage?
This popular massage therapy is based on the ancient Ayurvedic healing system. Using your body’s upper Chakras, or energy centres, I will massage your upper back, shoulders, upper arms, neck, face and scalp, relieving tension and relaxing any fibrous knots and nodules in your muscles.
What can I expect during Indian head massage treatment?
At your first appointment, I will take a medical history, then you’ll have a treatment tailored to your needs. You can choose to stay fully-clothed or wear a vest top or camisole as you relax whilst sitting on a chair, wrapped in a blanket.
