How do I book an appointment?
If you would like to book an appointment, you are welcome to either call or e-mail me, whichever suits you best. Please do bear in mind that I am often with clients throughout the day but I will reply to messages as soon as I can.
If you are only able to make evening or Saturday appointments, please specify this in your message so I can get back to you with some options that will work for you.
I do not have any ailments or feel particularly stressed. Will I still benefit from a treatment?
Most definitely! Reflexology and Indian Head Massage can have many positive effects, both physical and emotional. Taking proactive steps for your health and wellbeing with reflexology can encourage your body to focus on replenishing and maintaining a healthy balance. This means your body will in a better position to deal with any illness and stresses that may come along.
When should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive no more than five minutes early for your appointment. I allow time between appointments but there can occasionally be minor delays.

Where are you located and where should I park?
My garden treatment room is located off Hampden Road in Maidenhead SL6 5HT. You may park in the car park directly outside my house. I will advise you on which spaces to park in before your appointment.
